![]() ![]() What registry modification is required to allow Windows 7 to share / broadcast it's bluetooth services? Is this a security issue? Of the services because Windows 7 fails to provide a list of available services to the paired devices. On each of the affected computers (Cell Phone, Pda, etc) the services the external device supports are seen and checked for use when viewed from the properties applet for the device in the Windows 7 control panel applet. When I attempt to view the services provided by the Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Ultimate it is the same problem no services appear on the device(s). ![]() I have paired and re-paired multiple devices with the same result. Simple question, why does Windows 7 fail to broadcast Bluetooth services to paired bluetooth devices? I cannot detect services from PPC 2003, WM 6, or WM 6.5.1, Iphones (multiple versions), windows XP, Vista and other Windows 7 computers. ![]()
